The film tells about ancient people - Nganasans, who live on Taimyr only (now we have 800 people nearby). They are the unique representatives of small Taimyr people who have kept the traditional national culture. The author of film, Yaptune Raisa Pekhedomovna, the Nenets woman, the winner of the premium named after M. Kastreno, Helsinki, November, 1999.

The TV program is about celebrating of Saint Kharlampiy, advowee of cattle, Day in Alekseevka village (Republic Komi). Every February, 23rd old women get an icon from a barn, pray to Kharlampiy, then besprinkle cattle and shed, and drink to men for a Day of Soviet Army in evening.

50 years ago the great celebrations Karagods took place in villages of Kursk region. The main part of Karagods was The ensemble of the musicians blowing the horn, playing on the pipes, the pyzhatkas, the kugiglas, the violins, the balalaikas. TV program based on the memories of these Karagods, of old music and musicians and of old lifeway, alongside on these music sounds.
